Applying for a Property

We now only accept applications via realestate.com.au. Please find the rental property you are interested in on realestate.com.au and apply online there.

If you have any issues with depositing rent or making rental payments before or during your tenancy at the property please contact us immediately.

**Please keep in mind if you fall eight days behind in your rent without first contacting us you will be issued a notice to remedy breach which will be a bad mark against your rental history which we do not want for you. This could lead to a notice to leave if not rectified**

Breaking Lease

Our Break Lease Policy:

Provide us with a written copy of the RTA’s Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13). Download Here.
Pay a break lease fee, which is one week’s rent + gst.
(As soon as this break lease fee is paid, we will start advertising the property and start looking for a new tenant.)
You must keep paying the rent at the property until a new tenant is found and a new lease is in place at the property. (Once we have a new approved tenant, we will notify you and give you the remaining balance to pay out to the date the new lease starts.)
The normal vacating cleans must be actioned. (We will send you a vacating pack outlining this.)
